Skating backwards all involve a basic movement in which we learn that movement, perfect it, and then advance into many different styles of skating backwards. There are many styles of backwards skating and in this seeing, we go through them all.

Saturday Fundamental Sessions alternate between Central Park in Plantation and Central Park in Doral. There's no registration or RSVP needed to attend. Flyers each week will be posted on the Instagram page for you to come out which will be the easiest way to speak to someone about private lessons or you can go to the Fundamentals page and fill out the form at the bottom of the page sharing your available time and days which may take longer.
